Mornings are quite busy for us. I've figured it's totally worth waking up an extra 10 minutes every AM to start off the day with a good nutritious breakfast! My husband Tom loves making breakfast and this morning he definitely spoiled me. We live for simplicity and this breakfast definitely fits into the category.
- Toast your bagel {we put ours on the panini}
- Spread fresh avocado on your bottom piece and a pinch of cumin, black pepper & salt.
- Make a over easy egg and place on top.
- BAM! You're done, now enjoy this scrumptious breakfast!
